2012

This photo was taken in 2012. Through our organization, Shining Youth Club, we distributed winter clothes to people in need who were struggling against the cold and to survive. We organized a fundraising event, purchased the clothes, and spent the entire night roaming around Chittagong to ensure they reached those who needed them most.

Everyone in this picture is still with us, except for the president of Shining Youth Club, Sabbir Bhai. I still deeply miss him, as he was my constant support and source of encouragement for all my ideas and initiatives. Tragically, we lost him in a bike accident.

2013

This was the largest event back in 2013 organized by the Shining Youth Club, where we went to a rural area to distribute winter clothes to over 1,000 people. Everyone in this picture is still with us, except for the president of Shining Youth Club, Sabbir Bhai. 2013

Back in 2013, I conducted a session for the volunteers of Warming Destitute, an event organized by Shining Youth Club. The event aimed to raise funds and distribute winter clothes to those in need

2014

This was the first event I hosted as the president of BYLC Graduate Network (BGN), titled “Exploring Leadership with Ejaj Ahmed.” Around 70 participants attended, and the workshop was conducted by the founder and chair of Bangladesh Youth Leadership Centre (BYLC). It took place in 2014.

2015

This photo captures the celebration of Team Chittagong’s 3rd anniversary. I founded Team Chittagong with my co-founders in 2015, and since then, the organization has trained over 500 youths to prepare them for their careers. Today, all of them are thriving in their respective fields.

In 2015, we organized an event through BYLC Graduate Network (BGN) on February 21st to celebrate International Mother Language Day. It was my final event as the president of BGN.

This picture reminds me of the early days of my entrepreneurial journey. Back in 2015, I had to shoot some footage for a documentary. Although I wasn’t a professional cinematographer at the time, I took on the task in the absence of our designated cinematographer.

2016

This photo takes me back to Team Chittagong’s first large-scale event, “Access to Future,” held in 2016.

With over 100 participants in attendance, I spoke as the founder and president about our mission, vision, and upcoming initiatives.

Since 2015, Team Chittagong has been committed to developing youth skills and equipping them for the job market.

2018

In 2018, I conducted a session on Team Building for the members of The International Federation of Medical Students Associations (IFMSA). It was a wonderful experience spending time with these future doctors, who are likely all practicing doctors now.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we worked to raise funds and donate essential supplies to organizations in need. This picture was taken while we were delivering medical equipment to the Chittagong Medical Authority on behalf of Beacon Bangladesh and  Team Chittagong.

We must look to the top if we aim to get there. Patience and silence are essential on this journey. At the end of the day, our hard work will determine how easy or difficult the path is to the place we strive to reach. Photo taken in 2024.

Working on the second day of Eid was just a part of my routine, that’s how committed I’ve been to my ventures over the last 10 years.

We conducted a seminar on Treatment Abroad in Chittagong through Healthtrip Bangladesh. This was one of my affiliations with Healthtrip, which I managed in partnership with a business partner.

I have always loved sports. We used to play football with my team members at Lead Bangladesh every other Thursday. It fostered a healthy environment among the team and helped us stay fit.

I conducted a session on Careers in Digital Marketing for the students of the University of Chittagong, organized by the Chittagong University History Club, back in 2022.

I spoke about breaking into the digital marketing industry, the key skills needed for success, and how to adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape. It was inspiring to see so many students eager to explore opportunities in this field.

For the past 10 years, I have been dedicated to helping individuals and businesses leverage digital marketing to grow and double their revenue.

I conducted a training session on Team Building and Organizational Development for the team members of Surecell Chattogram. Surecell Chattogram is the first and most advanced regenerative medicare and wellness center in Chattogram.

This was a moment captured during a session I conducted on Digital Marketing, organized by the Chittagong University Career Club for the students of the University of Chittagong. I shared insights and thoughts on digital marketing, including its tactics and strategies.

I conducted a session on Digital Marketing and Utilizing Social Media Tools for the students of East Delta University, organized by the East Delta University Career Club. During the session, I shared insights on the basics of digital marketing, effective hacks, and how digital marketing can significantly accelerate business growth.

I hiked to Keokradong, one of the highest peaks in Bangladesh. It was a three-day hiking trip from Bandarban to Keokradong and back to Bandarban. I still cherish those days and the memories made along the way.
